About me

Hey, I'm Liv! I’m a certified massage therapist, bodyworker, and 500 hour yoga facilitator offering trauma informed, holistic care for people living with chronic pain, stress, and nervous system overwhelm.My work is shaped by lived experience. I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels unpredictable or dismissed. To navigate pain, migraines, or a diagnosis that changes how you move through the world. Those experiences guide how I show up in the treatment room with presence, gentleness, and respect.I believe chronic pain deserves acknowledgment, not minimization. Care should feel collaborative, safe, and responsive to your nervous system. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or force.I completed 1250 hours of massage therapy and advanced neuromuscular training at the National Holistic Institute. My externship and clinical experience includes private practice settings such as Oak Park Massage Clinic, Lotus Root Massage, Remedy Massage Therapy, and MD’s Medical Massage. Across these environments, I supported clients with a wide range of needs including chronic pain, migraines, injury recovery, and stress related tension.Through Carespace by Liv, I offer bodywork and restorative practices focused on nervous system regulation and pain management.
